II ratification or rejection of this Ordinance be submitted at the I
II Annual Municipal Election of the Town of Seward, J~8ska, to be hel~

I Section 1, That the Town of Seward, luaska, having heretofor4,

II by Ordinance Number 129, duly ratified as by law provided, author-

i ized and directed the construction and equipment of a Public Schoof
Ii Gymnasium Building in said TO~TI, and issued its General Obligation!
II Bonds in the total sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars therefor further!
11'1 and additional funds are required in the sum of one thousand dol- !
Illars ($1,000) to complete said project, and to secure from the :
I Federal Government the amount hy its authorities allocated to such:
Gymnasium Project; does hereby authorize the issuance and sale of ;
lone general negotiable coupon bond in the denomination of One Thou+

I bond to be dated as of April 10, 1938, payable April 10 in the !

! Section 2. This Ordinance shall be submitted to the qualifietA

I the 1937 Assessment Roll of said Town for Municipal Taxation, for i

ratification or rejection, at the Annual Municipal Election of thel

Shall the proper officers of the Town of Seward, Alaska
issue and negotiate one General Obligation Coupon Bond
in the sum of One Thousand Dollars1 to bear date April
10, 1938, mature April 10, 1952, wlth interest thereon at
the rate of six per centum per annum~ with right reserved
by Town of Seward to retire said bona at gar and accrued
interest at any time after December 10, 1~40, as the fi-
nances of said Town may permit; for the purpose of secur-
ing additional funds necessary to comulete the Seward
Public School Gymnasium, ~
