CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-038
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING AN EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT WITH RONALD A. GARZINI
WHEREAS, the current City Manager contract between the City and Tyler Jones
expires on June 30, 1995j and
WHEREAS, the City Council met in a duly advertised special meeting on April 20,
1995, and voted to offer a contract to Ronald A. Garzini to provide city manager services
to the City beginning July 1, 1995, for an annual salary of $75,OOOj and
WHEREAS, Mr. Garzini has accepted the City's offer of employment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The employment agreement between the City of Seward and Ronald
A. Garzini, attached and incorporated herein by reference, to provide city manager
services to the City beginning July 1, 1995, is hereby APPROVED.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
24th day of April, 1995.
