RESOLUTION NO. 95-040
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR THE "B"
FLOAT RESTORATION PROJECT AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the purchase of materials for the restoration of
"B" Float on June 27, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the budget and the transfer of funds for the project have not been approved
by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. A budget totalling $63,090 is hereby approved for the "B" Float Restoration
Project, and funds totalling $63,090 are hereby appropriated from the Harbor Retained Earnings
Account No. 401-0000-3060-0200 to the "B" Float Restoration Project Number 278-2780.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 8th
day of May, 1995.
