CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-058
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR COMPLETION
OF THE ELEVATOR AND STREET CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Hall Handicap Elevator Project and the Fiscal Year 1994 and
1995 Street Improvement Projects are complete and require funding from the Capital
Acquisition Fund and the General Fund Project Overhead Account in order to be closed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $1,726 is hereby appropriated from the Capital Acquisition
Fund No. 103-0000-3070-0204 to the City Hall Handicap Elevator Project Fund Account
No. 204-0000-3070-0000, and $3,724.20 is hereby appropriated from the Capital Acquisition
Fund Account No. 103-??oo-3070-0291 to the Street Improvements Project Account No.
291-0000-3070-0000.
Section 2. The sum of $51,416 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
Project Overhead Account No. 101-0000-3070-0291 to Street Improvement Projects
Account No. 291-??oo-3070-0000.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
12th day of June, 1995.
