CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-060
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
CHUGACH ELECTRIC ASSOCIA TION CAPITAL CREDITS
TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER RENOVATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, during FY 1995, the City Electric Utility received capital credits in the
amount of $146,237 for prior year purchases from Chugach Electric Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set aside these funds for renovation of the
Community Center to accommodate the relocation of the Youth Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $146,237 is hereby transferred from the Electric Fund
Operating Transfers Out Account No. 501-3070-0101 to the General Fund Operating
Transfer In Account No. 101-3070-0000.
Section 2. The sum of $146,237 of the General Fund Fund Balance is hereby
designated for Community Center Renovation, Account No. 101-0000-3041.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
12th day of June, 1995.
