CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
HARBOR RETAINED EARNINGS ACCOUNT TO THE HARBOR
GENERAL CONTRACTED SERVICES ACCOUNT FOR PAVING
THE APPROACH TO THE NORTHEAST HARBOR LAUNCH RAMP
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1994, the Council approved Resolution No. 94-149,
authorizing the paving of the Northeast Harbor Launch Ramp; and
WHEREAS, the resolution approving the paving project failed to appropriate the
funds for the project; and
WHEREAS, the paving has been completed, and the Finance Department needs
formal approval to appropriate these funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $53,500 is hereby appropriated from the Harbor Retained
Earnings Account No. 401-0000-3050 to Harbor General Contracted Services Account No.
401-4360-5390.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
12th day of June, 1995.
