RESOLUTION NO. 95-066
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR
1995 LEGAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, due to threatened litigation, the administration has recommended
establishing a separate legal subject matter and to budget monies to cover estimated costs
of related legal activity;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $16,500 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
Undesignated Fund Balance Account No. 101-3050-0000 to the Legal Department Budget
as follows:
