RESOLUTION NO. 86-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 1986 BUDGET
BY INCREASING BUILDING PERMIT REVENUES AND APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO THE OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, several line items in the Fiscal Year 1986 budget
exceed budgeted aITOunts; and
WHEREAS, revenues from the state's building permit for the
prison caused actual revenues fran building permits to exceed projected
revenues;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to amend operating
budget expenditures by increasing line items as follows:

Section 2. The City Manager is further authorized to increase
the Building Permit revenue line item by $85,000, for a total Fiscal
Year 1986 operating budget of $4,010.171.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect irnrediately upon
its adoption.
