RESOLUTION NO. 85-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY MANAGER
AND RESCINDING ALL PRIOR RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
WHEREAS, Ronald A. Garzini has been appointed to the position
of City Manager for the City of Seward, Alaska, to perform or provide
for the performance of all the duties of said office as described in
Section 5.4 of the Seward Home Rule Charter, Sections 2.30.050 and
2.30.060 of the Seward City Code and as otherwise required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1.
of $65,100 annually
benefits pursuant to
Ronald A. Garzini shall be compensated at the rate
and further is entitled to any additional fringe
Chapter 17 of the Seward City Code.
Section 2. In addition to his annual compensation and fringe
benefits set forth in Section 1 of this resolution, Ronald A. Garzini
shall be granted a lump sum bonus equivalent to the COLA adjustment
granted pursuant to the Seward City Code, not to exceed 3.5% (2,278.50)
of his gross annual salary. The bonus shall be payable on July 1, 1985.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect July 1, 1985.
