CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-084
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE
TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT BUDGET
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1995, the City Council approved Resolution No. 95-048,
authorizing the sale of electric revenue bonds to finance the completion of the
transmission line project; and
WHEREAS, specific Council action is required to appropriate the bond funds and
the interest earned to the transmission line project budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. Bond proceeds in the amount of $3,065,000 are hereby appropriated
from the Electric Fund, Account No. 501-??oo-3070-0208, and project interest earnings in
the amount of $35,000 are appropriated from Account No. 208-2081-4610-0010, and the
total sum of $3,100,000 is appropriated to the Transmission Line Project Account No. 208-
2081-5XXXX.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this
10th day of July, 1995.
