RESOIlJTION NO. 86-78
A RESOIlJTICN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A PATROL
VEHICLE FOR THE POLICE DEPARIMENT WITHOUT FULL
UTILIZATICN OF CITY BID PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, the Police Departrrent is in need of a new patrol
vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the Departrrent has solicited price quotations for a
new vehicle fran four area autom:Jbile dealers; and
WHEREAS, strict adherence to City bid procedures outlined in
Section 10-8 of the City Code would be costly and tirre consuming;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
