CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 37-001
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, RELINQUISHING INTEREST IN LOT 1,
US SURVEY 3294, TIS RIW, SEWARD MERIDIAN, COMPRISING
1.33 ACRES AND FILED AS ADL 63258, DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES
WHEREAS, the city of Seward had previously, by Resolu-
tion No. 79-38, nominated Lot 1, US Survey 3294, pursuant to
the Municipal Land Entitlement Act; and
WHEREAS, said parcel was subsequently deeded to the
Kenai Peninsula Borough as part of its municipal enti tle-
ment; and
WHEREAS, the original nomination by the city of Seward
continues to remain on record with the Alaska Department of
Natural resources and lessens the City's entitlement claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
