CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 87-012
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE PARKS & RECREATION
DEPARTMENT FISCAL YEAR 1987 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department has exceeded
its projected revenues for FY 1987; and
WHEREAS, this increase in revenues is directly attrib-
utable to increased public use fees collected by the depart-
ment; and
WHEREAS, based on a public use fee monthly average of
$1,100 for the remainder of the fiscal year, revenues for
the department should exceed projected and budgeted revenues
by $8,648; and
WHEREAS, an increase in the department's personnel
budget would allow the continuation of the public use
program currently offered at the Alaska Vocational Technical
Center's student services building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The Parks & Recreation Department's budget
is hereby amended by increasing Revenue Account No. 101-000-
347-10 in the amount of $8,648.
Section 2. The Parks & Recreation Department's budget
is further amended by increasing the P & R Personnel Account
No. 101-117-517-10-10 in the amount of $8,648.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
