CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 87-043
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, IN RECOGNITION OF G. GREGORY MOO,
PRINCIPAL OF SEWARD HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, G. Gregory Moo has served as principal of
Seward High School since September 1980~ and
WHEREAS, during his tenure as the city I s high school
principal he has been responsible for the education of our
teenaged children~ and
WHEREAS, Mr. Moo has
community, participating
Force and other community
also been an active member of the
in the Spring Creek Prison Task
projects and events~ and
WHEREAS, Moo has received an appointment as Superinten-
dent of Schools in Adak, Alaska~ and
WHEREAS, his loss will be sorely felt by members of the
community of Seward;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City of Seward extends its gratitude
and appreciation to G. Gregory Moo for his years of dedicat-
ed service to the school system and the community of Seward.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
