CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 87-067
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE RECEIPT OF A MUNICIPAL
ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM THE STATE OF ALASKA FOR THE PURPOSE
OF EXTENDING ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO CAMELOT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the 1987 Legislature, through HB 29, Section
158, Page 59, Line 10, appropriated a $46,000 grant for
preliminary engineering, design and construction to upgrade
and extend the electric service to and within Camelot
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, AS 37.05.315 requires that the city accept the
grant by ordinance or resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The grant of $46,000 for the Camelot
subdivision electric service is hereby accepted.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, this 10 day of August , 19 87 .
