RESOLUTION NO. 95-095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE LEGAL BUDGET
BY TRANSFERRING GENERAL GOVERNMENT LEGAL
SERVICES FUNDS TO LEGAL SUBJECT MATTER
KRASNANSKY V. CITY
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that the legal budget for subject matter No.
1024, Krasnansky v. City of Seward, be increased to $15,000; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the General Govemment legal subject matter No.
1001 to cover the estimated increased cost of the litigation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The FY 1996 legal budget for the City of Seward is hereby amended by
transferring $10,000 from legal subject matter No. 1001, General Govemment, Account No. 101-
1115-5170-1001, to legal subject matter No. 1024, Krasnansky v. City of Seward, Account No. 101-
1115-5170-1024.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 28th day
of August, 1995.
