RESOLUTION NO. 87-095
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 1988 BUDGET
BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING TRUST ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated certain monies
in the Fiscal Year 1988 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council proposes to amend the Fiscal
Year 1988 budget by appropriating $291,870 in Federal Shared
Revenue funds as indicated on Attachment "A", attached and
incorporated herein by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $291,870 is hereby appropriated
from the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Account as indicated
on Attachment "A".
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, this 12th day of October , 1987
