RESOLUTION NO. 95-097
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF mE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
JESSE LEE HOME NOMINATION PROJECT RETROACTIVE
TO JUNE 30,1995
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 92-190, authorizing an application
for FY93 historic preservation grant funds for processing a Jesse Lee Home National Register
nomination; and
WHEREAS, the grant was awarded in September 1993 and the project completed in
September 1994; however, the matching funds for the project were never appropriated by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, in order to close out the Jesse Lee Home Project in FY 1995, it is necessary that
the matching funds be appropriated retroactive to June 30, 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of$2,537.20 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Fund Balance
Account No. 101-0000-3070-0144 to Special Revenue Fund No. 144-0000-3070-0000, retroactive
to June 30, 1995..
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 28th day
of August, 1995.
