RESOLUTION NO. 95-100
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
HARBOR RETAINED EARNINGS FUND TO COMPLETE mE
NORTHEAST LAUNCH RAMP PROJECT NO. 285-2850
RETROACTIVE TO JUNE 30, 1995
WHEREAS, on August 12, 1995, the Harbor Department was notified that it had exceeded
funding limits set in Resolution No. 93-182 and Resolution No. 94-187, appropriating grant funds
to the northeast harbor launch ramp project; and
WHEREAS, total cost to complete the project exceeded the funding authorized by the
resolutions in the amount of$50,350.97; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate funds retroactive to June 30, 1995, to the project
account in order to close out the project in FY95;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of$50,350.97 is hereby appropriated from the Harbor Retained Earnings
Fund No. 401-0000-3070-0285 to the Northeast Launch R~mp Project Account No. 285-2850-
XXXX, retroactive to June 30, 1995.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 28th day
of August, 1995.
