CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-101
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
THE HARBOR RETAINED EARNINGS FUND TO CLOSE OUT
THE HARBOR "B" FLOAT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
278-2780 RETROACTIVE TO JUNE 30, 1995
WHEREAS, the cost of reconstruction of "B" Float exceeded the budgeted amount by
$19,998.18; and
WHEREAS, in order to close out the project, the Council must appropriate additional funds
from the Harbor Retained Earnings Account; and
WHEREAS, if the project is to be closed out in FY 1995, the funds must be appropriated
retroactive to June 30,1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of$19,998.18 is hereby appropriated from the Harbor Retained Earnings
Fund No. 401-0000-3070-1278 to the Harbor "B" Float Project Fund No. 278-2780-XXXX
retroactive to June 30, 1995.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 28th day
of August, 1995.
