CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 88-026
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING RECEIPT OF A STATE GRANT
FOR THE SEWARD SENIOR/COMMUNITY CENTER/MUSEUM
WHEREAS, the 1988 Legislature, through HB 512, Page 19,
Line 8, appropriated $50,000 for the Seward Senior/Community
Center/Museum project; and
WHEREAS, AS 37.05.315 requires that the city accept
this grant by ordinance or resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The grant of $50,000 for the Seward Se-
nior/Community Center/Museum project is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The sum of $50,000 is hereby appropriated
to Capital Project Account No. 205000.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, this 14 day of March , 19~.
