CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING IN-KIND FUNDS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND-FUND BALANCE TO THE
LAND AND W ATER CONSERVATION FUND WATERFRONT
PARK GRANT PROJECT RETROACTIVE TO JUNE 30, 1995
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-116, approved by the City Council on July 13, 1992,
appropriated a total of$78,300 of City matching funds for the Land and Water Conservation Fund
Waterfront Park project; and
WHEREAS, this sum was $12,588 less than the amount of matching funds required under
the terms of the grant; and
WHEREAS, this project has been completed and the City wishes to close out the project and
grant in the FY95 budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of$12,588 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund-Fund Balance
Account No. 101-0000-3070-0283 to the Land and Water Conservation Fund Waterfront Park
Project Account No. 283-0000-3070-0000, retroactive to June 30, 1995.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 28th day
of August, 1995.
