CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND-FUND BALANCE TO THE INTERPRETIVE
SIGNS GRANT PROJECT RETROACTIVE TO JUNE 30, 1995
WHEREAS, Resolution No 93-122, accepting grant funds from the USDA Forest Service
for the development and placement of interpretive signs along the bikepath and boardwalk failed to
appropriate the required City matching funds; and
WHEREAS, this project has been completed and the City wishes to close out the project
and the grant during the FY95 budget year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $2,500 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund-Fund Balance
Account No. 101-0000-3070-0273 to the Interpretive Signs Project Account No. 273-0000-3070-
0000, effective June 30, 1995.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 28th day
of August, 1995.
