RESOLUTION NO. 82-54
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY l'~NAGER
AND RESCINDING ALL PRIOR RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
WIIEPEAS, Clarence E. Johnson has been permanently appointed to
the position of City Manager for the City of Seward, Alaska to perform, or
p:-ovide fo.' i-hp performance, of all the duties of said office as described
in Section '>.4 ..)f the Seward Home Rule Charter, Sections 2.30.050 and
L..3G_060 (,; ';1E~ Seward City Code, and as otherwise required by law;
NO:,,], THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEwARD AL\SKA, that:
~-,::~tion~ Clarence E. Johnson shall be compensated at the
r,'j ': of $ 5192.00 per month and, futher, is entitled to any additional fringe
h:,p,,,fits pW'.:uDnt to Chapter 17 of the Seward City Code.
Se'-tion 2.
This resolution shall be effective July 1, 1982.
