CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 88-085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, SETTING THE SALARY FOR THE CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, Linda S. Murphy was appointed city clerk of
the city of Seward in February 1982; and
WHEREAS, on June 23,1986, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 86-067, approving an employment agreement
between the city and Murphy; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend that section
of the employment agreement which sets the salary for the
city clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section l. Paragraph 2 of the Employment Agreement,
attached and incorporated as a part of Resolution No.
86-067, is hereby amended by setting the annual salary of
the city clerk at $44,000.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect July 1,
1988.
