CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, ESTABLISHING THE FIRE HALL
IMPROVEMENT CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, the FY 1996 Capital Budget included $34,000 for FIRE HALL improvements;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a Capital Project Fund before the project can be
started; and
WHEREAS, A structural review will be completed in the spring of 1996, and a materials list,
labor costs and timelines for the project are being compiled;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. A Capital Project Fund totaling $34,000 for fire hall improvements is hereby
established and the projected budget for the project is established as follows:

Section 2. The sum of $34,000 is hereby appropriated from the Capital Acquisition Fund
Account No. 103-0000-3070-0305 to the Fire Hall Improvements Capital Project Fund Account No.
305-3050-5XXX.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 25th day
of September, 1995.
