CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 89-016
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROH THE GENERAL FUND-FUND BALANCE TO PAY THE DEBT
SERVICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN CITY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the city has approved the lease/purchase of
certain city equipment, described in Attachment "A"; and
WHEREAS, funds are unavailable in the Fiscal Year 1989
budget to make the first payment on the debt service for the
lease of the equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
transfer the sum of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($14,500) from the General Fund-Fund Balance to Account No.
101-191-ss1-10-81, and the budget is amended accordingly.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
