CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 85-78
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR FINAL CLAIM
PAYMENT TO CHRIS BERG, INC.
WHEREAS, on November 1, 1984, the Seward
authorized the City Manager to enter into an agreement
Chris Berg, Inc., claim in the amount of $1,875,000; and
City Council
to settle the
WHEREAS, the second and final installment of that settlement
is due on or before July 1, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer
$937,500 from General Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 101-000-271-00-00 to
General Services Account No. 101-118-518-10-79 for the second and final
payment to Chris Berg, Inc.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
