RESOLUTION NO. 85-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING A GRANT
FROM THE STATE OF ALASKA FOR THE
GATEWAY CHILDREN'S CENTER DAY CARE FACILITY
WHEREAS, the 1985 Legislature appropriated Grant No. 8/86-302
in the amount of $50,000 for the Gateway Children's Center Day Care
Facility; and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Department of Administration
requires that the City accept the grant by ordinance or resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. A $50,000 grant for the Gateway Children's Center
Day Care Facility is hereby accepted.
Section 2.

Account No. 216000.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to
funds, upon receipt, into the Day Care Facility
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.

ALASKA, this 8th day of July , 1985
