CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 85-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING THE USE OF LOCAL
SERVICE ROADS AND TRAILS FY 1986 ALLOCATION
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska Local Service Roads and Trails
Program has allocated $2,427 to the City of Seward for FY 1986; and
WHEREAS, LSR&T regulations require that the City Council
approve a resolution endorsing the use of these monies; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the appro-
priation of Road Maintenance Service Areas Program funds for the
Ballaine Boulevard overlay project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
Local Service Roads and Trails FY 1986 funds totalling $2,427 from the
State of Alaska and is further authorized,to appropriate those funds to
the Ballaine Boulevard Overlay Project Account No. 214000.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
