RESOLUI'ION NO. 86-9
A RESOIDTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, DEI'ERMINING TO PROCEED WIlli A SPOCIAL
IMPIDVEMENT DISTRIer CALLED PAVING DISTRIer 86-1
vlHEREAS, a public hearing has been held pursuant to Section
19A-4 of the Se.vard City Code to receive public corrrrent on the proposed
special irrproverrent district called Paving District 86-lj and
WHEREAS, after a full review by the City Council of all of the
facts and opinions presented, it is hereby found and detennined that the
proposed irrproverrent district is necessary and will benefit the property
assessedj
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section I. The special irrproverrent district called Paving
District 86-1 has been determined to be in the public interest.

directed to proceed with the fornation of the

ed to make an account of the costs of the irrproverrents including acqui-
si tion of interests in land for the irrproverrent, design, engineering,
administration, overhead, professional services, and any financing costs
incurred as a result of the irrproverrent and all other costs resulting
from the construction of the irrproverrent.
Section 4. The City Clerk is instructed to advertise a public
hearing levying the assessrrents for the irrproverrent district in accor-
dance with Section 19A-7 of the Se.vard City Code.
Section 5. This resolution shall take effect irrnrediately upon
its adoption.
