RESOLUTION NO. 86-11
A RESOLUTICN OF '!HE CITY COUNCIL OF '!HE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, DEI'ERMINING TO PROCEED WI'!H A SPECIAL
IMPIDVEMENT DISTRIcr CALLED SANITARY SEWER TRUNK DISTRIcr 86-3
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held pursuant to Section
19A-4 of the Seward City Code to receive public =ment on the proposed
special improvement district called Sanitary Sewer Trunk District 86-3;
and
WHEREAS, after a full review by the City Council of all of the
facts and opinions presented, it is hereby found and detennined that the
proposed improvement district is necessary and will benefit the property
assessed;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '!HE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:

86-3 has been detennined to be in the public
Section 2. Be it further resolved that the City Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the formation of the
improvement district.
Section 3. The City Manager is further authorized and direct-
ed to make an account of the costs of the improvements including acqui-
sition of interests in land for the inprovement, design, engineering,
administration, overhead, professional services, and any financing =sts
in=red as a result of the improvement and all other =sts resulting
from the =nstruction of the improvement.
Section 4. The City Clerk is instructed to advertise a public
hearing levying the assessrrents for the improvement district in ac=r-
dance with Section 19A-7 of the Seward City Code.
Section 5. This resolution shall take effect i.mrediately upon
its adoption.
