RESOLurION NO. 86-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, DEl'ERMINING Nor 'ID PRCCEED WITH A SPEX:IAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT CALLED THE AREA WIDE WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
86-5
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held pursuant to Section
19A-4 of the Seward City Code to receive public comrent on the proposed
special irrproverrent district called the Area Wide Water Inproverrent
District 86-5; and
WHEREAS, upon a full review of all of the facts and opinions,
it appears that the proposed special irrproverrent district will not be of
special benefit to the property to be assessed; and
WHEREAS, the irrprovenent has been determined to be of benefit
to the entire to.vn;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section I. The special irrprovenent district called the Area
Wide Water Inprovement District 86-5 to cover an area kno.vn as portions
of Jesse Lee Heights No. 2 & 3; TIN RlW Section 33 & 34, U.S.S. #l864;
Forest Acres Subdivision; Bayview Addition, Block 9; Tract G, U.S. GID
No. 93l, shall not be forrred.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect irrtrediately upon
its adoption.

ALASKA, this 10th day of February , 19 86
