RESOLUTION NO. 95-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, DETERMINING NOT TO PROCEED WITH
A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT CALLED THE LOST LAKE
ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held pursuant to Section 5.20.025 of the Seward City
Code to receive public comment on the proposed special improvement district called the Lost Lake
Electrical Improvement District; and
WHEREAS, upon a full review of all of the facts and opinions, it appears that the proposed
special improvement district is not necessary and will not benefit the property to be assessed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The special improvement district called the Lost Lake Electrical Improvement
District to cover the area described as Lots 10 and 11, Block 3, Lost Lake Subdivision Amended;
Lots 3-9, Block 3, Lost Lake Subdivision Addition No. I; and Lots 8A and 12A, Block 1, Lost Lake
Subdivision Addition No.2, shall not proceed.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 23rd
day of October, 1995.
