A RESOLUTleN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, CONFIRMING THE SPEX:IAL ASSESSMENT
ROLL OF THE SPEX:IAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRIcr DESCRIBED AS
OFFSlTE WATERMAIN EXTENSleN DISTRIcr 86-4
WHEREAS, after a public hearing, the City Cormcil of the City
of Seward, Alaska, did authorize the construction of inproverrents
described as Offsite Watermain Extension District 86-4; and
WHEREAS, a special assessrrent has been proposed which will
apportion the cost of the inproverrent anong the properties to be bene-
fited by it; and
\'IHEREAS, after conducting a public hearing, the City Cormcil
has formd that the rrethod of assesSIlEnt proposed by the City Adminis-
tration and attached hereto is a fair rrethod of apportioning the costs
of the inproverrent;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY '!HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section I. The Special Assessrrent Roll, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the Special
Irrproverrent District described as OFFSlTE WATERMAIN EXTENSION DISTRIcr
86-4, is hereby approved and confirrred.
Section 2. Assessrrents are hereby levied against the prop-
erties set forth in the Special AssesSIlEnt Roll in the anormts set
op]X)site each property in such roll.
Section 3. Deferred payrrent of the assesSIlEnt against each
property is hereby declared acceptable with the payrrents being made
pursuant to the following schedule:
