RESOLUTION NO. 82-55
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-1983 BUDGET
BY INCREASING THE REVENUES FROM CONTRACT AND LEGAL ADMINISTRATION
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated certain monies in the
Fiscal Year 1982-83 budget for the City of Seward; and
~iHEREAS, the City is projected to receive approximately $72,000
in additional Contract and Legal Administration revenues during Fiscal Year
1982-83; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, at its regular meeting of July 12,
1982, authorized the administration to enter into a contract with Dawson
and Associates for the purpose of conducting legislative and administrative
lobbying activities for the City during the 1983 Legislative Session as
well as during the "pre-session" period through December 31, 1982;
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, AlASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $72,000 is appropriated frorn Contract
and Legal Administration Revenues to the General Fund Budget as follows:
