CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 84-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING OFFSITE
IMPROVEMENTS FOR GATEWAY SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution No.
has approved transfer of the Gateway Subdivision property to
Ventures, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the agreements between the City and Gateway Ventures,
Inc., provide that Gateway Ventures, Inc., shall construct certain
off site improvements as part of development of the Gateway Subdivision
for which the City will reimburse Gateway Ventures, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City has funds available in the General Fund-Fund
Balance which can be made available for the purpose of meeting the
City's obligations pursuant to the agreement authorized by Resolution
No. 84-65;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The General Fund-Fund Balance Account No.
101-000-271-00-00 is hereby decreased by $733,000.
Section 2. The Gateway Subdivision Offsite Improvement
Account No. 299-000-368-04-00 is hereby increased by $733,000.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
