RESOLUTION NO. 95-129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO
THE CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF ALASKA TO PROVIDE
DISPATCH AND CLERICAL SERVICES TO THE ALASKA STATE TROOPERS
WHEREAS, for a number of years, the City of Seward has provided dispatch and clerical
services to the Alaska State Troopers stationed in the Seward Office under a contract with the Alaska
Department of Public Safety; and
WHEREAS, the State has requested that the City extend the contract through June 30, 1996,
at the rate paid in Fiscal Year 1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The contract extension to provide dispatch and clerical support through June 30,
1996, to the Alaska State Troopers, Seward Office, between the City of Seward and the Alaska
Department of Public Safety, is hereby approved.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 23rd
day of October, 1995.
