RESOLUTION NO. 82-66
.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
APPROPRIATING $1,500,000 FR0l1 THE GENERAL FUND SURPLUS ACCOUNT TO
THE MIP BREAKWATER CELLS, ADDITIVE ALTERNATE NO. 1-B ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, there is surplus funds available from contract administration
revenues in the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, much of the contract administration revenue has been
received from the Fourth of July Creek Marine Industrial Center projects;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 82-32 which
awarded a portion of Additive Alternate No.1 to Chris Berg, Inc.,
for the purposes of constructing breakwater cells number 7 through
22; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appropriate the funds
necessary to pay for the contruction of the additional cells;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:

Section 1. The sum of $1,500,000 is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund Surplus account number 101-000-271-00-00 to the
MIP Breakwater Cells, Additive Alternate No. 1-B account number
258-000-368-02-00.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, this 13th day of September , 1982.
