RESOLUTION NO. 84-112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF 16" WATERMAIN, FIRE LOOP
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of April 18, 1984,
Council committed additional funding for construction of
watermain fire loop extension; and

.lHEREAS, the City Engineering Department is now requesting
these funds from City Council in order to complete the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1.
$100,000.00 from
101-000-271-00-00
284-000-368-04-00.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer
the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No.
to the 16" Fire Loop Project Account No.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
