CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 82-78
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO
PERFORM THE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING OF THE DAIRY HILL WATER AND
SEWER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council has allocated funds from the FY 1983
Municipal Aid Entitlement for the purpose of designing water and sewer
improvements at Dairy Hill; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department solicited proposals from
interested engineering firms; and
WHEREAS, a total of fourteen proposals were received and
evaluated; and
WHEREAS, Wright-Forssen Associates was selected from the
proposing firms; and
WHEREAS, a contract has been negotiated with Wright-Forssen
Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
