CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-134
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PAY A $1,000 CONTRIBUTION TO THE SEWARD SENIOR
CITIZENS, INC., AS BUDGETED IN THE FY 1996 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 1996 general fund budget contains a $1,000 contribution for
Seward Senior Citizens, Inc., payable upon approval of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from Seward Senior Citizens, Inc., requesting
payment of the contribution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to pay a contribution in the amount of
$1,000 to Seward Senior Citizens, Inc., as budgeted.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 27th
day of November, 1995.
