RESOLUTION NO. 84-119
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
CITY HALL ROOF REPAIR AND ASSOCIATED REPAIRS
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of August 31, 1984, the City
Council awarded a contract to Wells Built Homes to replace the City Hall
roof; and
WHEREAS, the funds for the roof repair were omitted from the
Municipal Building Budget; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate sufficient funds to
cover the cost of the repair contract and other other associated
repairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:

1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer
the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No.
to the Municipal Building Account No.
and make the appropriate budget changes.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
