CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 83-l2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE SEWARD
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated $8,000 to the Seward
Chamber of Commerce for the 1983 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on October 11, 1982 voted to support
the Chamber's request for matching funds not to exceed $55,000 for fiscal year
1983; and
WHEREAS, there exists a shortfall in the appropriation to
provide the matching funds to the Chamber of Commerce;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, that:
Section 1. The General Fund Revenue Account No. 101-340-341-40
is hereby increased by $47,000.

Section 2. The General Government Service Account No.
101-118-518-41-61 is hereby increased by the sum of $47,000.
Section 3.
