RESOLUTION NO. 84-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE 1984-85 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
BY APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING TRUST ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated certain monies in the
Fiscal Year 1984-85 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council proposes to amend the Fiscal Year
1984-85 budget by appropriating $40,061 in Federal Shared Revenue funds
to the Parks and Recreation, and Community Promotion/Economic Develop-
ment Departments; and
WHEREAS, these funds were appropriated in FY 83/84; were
unobligated at the end of the fiscal year due to timing and nonarrival
of supplies and equipment; and lapsed back into the Federal Shared
Revenue Trust Account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $20,061 is hereby appropriated from the
Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Account to Capital Project number:
