RESOLUTION NO. 83-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AMENDING THE FY 1982-83 BUDGET BY INCREASING
THE REVENUES FROM CONTRACT AND LEGAL ADMINISTRATION
AND APPROPRIATING $3000 TO GATEWAY CHILDRENS CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated certain monies in the Fiscal
Year 1982-83 budget for the operation of the City of Seward; and
WHEREAS, the City is projected to receive approximately $3,000 in
additional Contract and Legal Administration revenues during Fiscal Year
1982-83; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, at its regular meeting of April ll, 1983,
authorized a $3,000 grant to the Gateway Children's Center for the purchase
and installation of a sprinkler system in the basement of the First Baptist
Church in order to bring the day care center into compliance with the State
fire codes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $3,000 is appropriated from Contract and Legal
Administration Revenues to the General Fund Budget as follows:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
