RESOLUTION NO. 84 -124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR A CONTRACT WITH
CHEMICAL BANK FOR MARKETING THE MARINE INDUSTRIAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized a contract with
Chemical Bank for the purpose of marketing the Seward Marine Industrial
Center; and
proj ect;
WHEREAS, funds have not previously been appropriated for this
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. the City Manager is hereby authorized to transfer
$45,000 from the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 101-000-271-00-00
to the Community Promotion/Economic Development Account No. 101-115-516-
15-XX.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
