CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 83-19
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECEIPT OF A MUNICIPAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM THE
STATE OF ALASKA FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY CREEK MARINE INDUSTRIAL PARK
HHEREAS, Chapter 10 SLA 83 appropriated a $6,084,000 grant for the
purposes of the Seward Marine Industrial Park at Fourth of July Creek; and
WHEREAS, AS37.05.315 requires that the City accept this grant by ordinance
or resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The grant of $6,084,000 for the Seward Marine Industrial Park
is accepted.
Section 2. This resolution takes effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
this 9th day of May , 1983.
