CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 95-139
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 1996
LEGAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, several Fiscal Year 1996 budget adjustments to legal subject matters are
needed bo cover the cost of increased legal activity in these particular areas; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the General Government legal services account to
cover the costs of the increased legal activity in these specific subject matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The total sum of $20,000 is hereby transferred from the General Government
Legal Services Account No. 101-1115-5l70-1001 to the below listed specific legal service subject
matters as follows:

Section 2. The sum of$I,800 is hereby transferred from Legal Subject Matter Krasnansky
v. City of Seward, Account No. 101-1115-5170-1024, to General Government Legal Services
Account No. 101-1115-5170-1001.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 27th
day of November, 1995.
