RESOLUTION NO. 85-25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA, REAPPROPRIATING UNEXPENDED FUNDS
FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING A MASTER PLAN FOR
SEWARD AND TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF NEED
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council adopted Resolution No. 84-28
appropriating $25,000 to Seward General Hospital for the preparation of
a Certificate of Need application; and
WHEREAS, Resource Management Consultants, Inc. was awarded a
contract on July 26, 1984, to accomplish this work; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation lapsed unexpended at fiscal
year-end;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The sum of $25,000 is hereby reappropriated from
the General Fund-Fund Balance Account No. 101-000-271-00-00 to the
General Government Service Account No. 101-118-518-35-61 for the purpose
of providing funds to Seward General Hospital for a detailed health
planning study for Seward and application for a Certificate of Need for
replacement/renovation of the Seward General Hospital facility.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
